PARA INOVAR O CUIDADO DE ENFERMAGEM

Fenômenos tromboembólicos constituem uma das principais
causas de morbidade e mortalidade nas cardiopatias. Os anticoagulantes
orais surgem como terapêutica para prevenção desses
fenômenos. Com o objetivo de identificar e analisar as publicações
científicas que enfocam a terapia de anticoagulação
oral em pacientes com doenças cardiovasculares, optou-se por realizar
um estudo da revisão bibliográfica de natureza descritiva
e retrospectiva. Os resultados relacionamse às causas de dificuldades
para o ajuste da terapia de anticoagulação oral, às
complicações dessa terapia e às principais temáticas
para direcionar as orientações a serem dadas a esses pacientes.
Tal levantamento permitirá ao enfermeiro adquirir novos conhecimentos
para realizar uma abordagem educativa dos pacientes que fazem uso de anticoagulantes
orais, a fim de prevenir as complicações do uso de anticoagulantes
orais.

ORAL ANTICOAGULATION: THE SEARCH FOR SUPPORT TO NURSING
CARE INNOVATION
Thromboembolics phenomenon constitutes one of the main morbimortality
causes of cardiomiopathies. The oral anticoagulants appear as a therapy
to these phenomena prevention. Aiming the identification and the analysis
of the scientific publications that focus on the oral anticoagulation
therapy in patients with cardiovascular diseases, we performed a bibliographical
descriptive and retrospective review. The results are related to the causes
of difficulties for the adjustment of oral anticoagulation therapy, to
the complications of this therapy, and to the principal thematic to guide
these patients. This review will allow nurses to acquire new knowledge
to realize an educational approach of the patients using oral anticoagulants
in order to prevent the complications due to the use of this therapy.
